Revok

Revok is creating some excellent art at the moment, both on the streets and in galleries. I love his use of acidic bright colours and layering. His website is full of photos including those of his most recent show Perseverance.

Conor Harrington

Conor Harrington is a talented graffiti artist, I actually saw one of his pieces by Brick Lane in London although I didn't realise it was him at the time, very striking work.

Evol

Evol is a street artist who works primarily in Berlin, his pieces are very clever with electricity boxes and street furniture sprayed to resemble blocks of flats.

Drewfunk

Drewfunk is an interesting graffiti artist based in Melbourne. I really like the oriental styling of his designs.

Neozoon

I love the work of Neozoon which appear (just read the first entry in German) to be a three piece art collective based in Berlin. They use reclaimed fur coats and cut them into animal silhouettes, simple but very effective.

Dan Witz

Dan Witz uses incredibly detailed stickers to create realistic and images which often appear completely 3d. He is also a very talented painter, his paintings of mosh pits in particular are well worth a look. The candle stickers above were created to remember the events of September the 11th.

Faile

Is a Brooklyn based collective whose work can be found all across the world, prominent features include collage and the use of massively repeated logos and icons. I love the multi layered pieces such as the one above. They have also worked on much more ambitious pieces such as a full scale temple in Portugal, more of their varied work can be found here.

ROA

Unfortunately I can't seem to find a website for ROA but there is this Flickr pool with a variety of his pieces. He was in the headlines last week also for Hackney councils decision to order the removal of one of his pieces which I think is a shame.

Miss Van

One of my favourite graffiti artists is Miss Van, I really like her hyper feminine but also slightly menacing characters, I saw a lot of her work when in Barcelona a few years ago. She also has a fashion range which is available online.
