Characters
This is another piece from first year, we were asked to look at different characters and represent their personalities in a visual way. I took photos of my good friend Anna posing to match different themes which were then edited to further suggest each personality type. Click on them for the personality types in the file name!

Howard Gardens Show (part 1)
Sad things
On the way to the Howard Gardens exhibition on Monday I saw these two things which made me a little sad. The poster suggests that the laptop has a lot of personal information on it and it can be really horrible when you lose a possession like this. I always find lost or broken toys a bit unnerving too.

Final Project
Yesterday was the day all our exhibition work went up, I was lucky enough to receive a lot of help with my space from various people including my housemates who were kind enough to come in and do some painting for me. I haven't yet taken a photo of my space but I attach here a couple of photos of my completed books. I don't think I have ever been more proud of a piece of work!

Harsh Note
Mr Hudson and Mpho
I was lucky enough to win tickets to see Mr Hudson at Barfly via a What's On Wales competition advertised on Twitter. I didn't really know what to expect for the gig as it seems like he has just recently become Mr Hudson from Mr Hudson and library so I wasn't really sure what music he would play. However the whole gig was brilliant especially from the excellent view we had at the front of the small and sweaty Barfly! The support act was called Mpho which she had us chanting at the end, she was a very confident lady from Brixton with an exceptional voice, I am sure we will be seeing a lot more of her. Mr Hudson himself was brilliant, a great show person with a very honest voice, I liked him lot and his new song Supernova sounded great. Was also interesting to hear a steel drum at a gig, think it might be a first! Here are a couple of photos Mpho has the yellow jacket on.

Lists
I have been writing a ridiculous amount of lists the past few days so thought it relevant that I share with you some lists that I have found in the past couple of years living in Cardiff. These are all shopping lists but very different- they each display a little bit about the writer I think, some perhaps more than others!
